Where language liberates and stories shape reality.
Hot Mess Goddess is a global movement to disrupt the language that shaped (and shrunk) us.
We sit at the intersection of language, psychology, story, and lived experience…
…reclaiming our words, our stories, and our worth, one spell-breaking sentence at a time.
We’re here to change the way we speak, write, and think, because language is the operating system of our lives.
Every word you swallow, every label you wear, every story you repeat trains the nervous system and becomes the world you live inside.
Change your words, and you don’t just change your story.
You change everything.

Words... my thing
Writing... my therapist
Chocolate... my drug of choice
Stories that shape the world... my f*cking obsession
Hot Mess Goddess began as a reckoning with language rather than a business plan.
Decades as a journalist, editor, copywriter, poet, and storyteller was one thing… untangling the words I unknowingly spoke over myself was another entirely.
Like most of us, I learned early how to sound like I have my life together. I also learned how labels stick, stories repeat, and self-talk becomes identity.
Studying under a neuroscientist, I learned why every word we absorb trains the nervous system. And how every story we repeat shapes behaviour, confidence, and choice. Over time, the words become the walls.
Hot Mess Goddess exists because I couldn’t unknow what I’d learned, and I could see how many other women were living inside inherited language that no longer fit who they were becoming.
This sure as shit isn’t about perfection or fixing yourself, it’s about reclaiming the words you live by, and letting your life expand accordingly.
My role here is to walk beside you, name the patterns, and hand you back your voice so you can write, speak, and live from your own truth of what’s really possible.
Building a global movement to dismantle the language that caged us… reclaiming our words, our stories, and our worth, one spell-breaking sentence at a time.
Messy is holy, truth is love, and your words are the most beautiful — and powerful — magic you will ever hold.
Welcome to the revolution.
Now let’s rewrite your world.
